What data we process and why
We process only the data you give us when you write: your name, email, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you tell us in the message.
There is a single purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if the work goes ahead, managing the professional relationship. We do not build profiles or take automated decisions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you send the message (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, once an appointment is made, on performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept for one year. Where there is a professional relationship, data is kept for its duration and afterwards for the periods required by tax and professional liability rules.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. Our email and hosting providers may access it as data processors, under the contract required by article 28 GDPR.
To protect the contact form against spam we use Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you start filling in the form, Google receives technical data about your browser and how you interact with the page (IP address, browser type, movements and timings) in order to tell a person from an automated program. This processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms), and may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Limited (through Google Tag Manager), to measure visits and the pages read, in aggregate. Google receives technical data about your browsing (pages viewed, device type and an IP address it does not keep in full). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw from “Cookie settings” in the footer. It is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and may involve transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability by writing to info@amstudiomallorca.com, stating which right you are exercising.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
