Quantity Surveying, Cost Control & Tendering
Quantity surveying gives the project a clear commercial structure. We prepare bills of quantities and cost plans, define measurement rules, inclusions and exclusions, and turn the information into tender packages that can be priced consistently and later used for valuations and cost control.

Construction detailing, performance & coordination
We develop the junctions that drive buildability and performance: roofs, windows, waterproofing, insulation, service penetrations, material changes and finishes. Where needed, we coordinate building-services information, energy modelling and local technical requirements, so drawings, quantities and tender documents stay aligned.

Site Supervision, Quality & Health and Safety
