A new townhouse in the historic centre of Santanyí, with a courtyard, a pool and a demanding sequence of structure, stonework, joinery and building services on a tight urban plot.
Three storeys sit between a traditional street facade and an inward-looking courtyard. Stone, Mallorcan shutters, large openings to the pool and a covered upper terrace combine local character with a contemporary way of living.
AM Studio is responsible for site supervision, health and safety coordination and project management: procurement, programme, cost control, technical follow-up and site documentation under one management structure.
