Eighteen apartments in the centre of Pollença, built for families from the village.
A three-storey building on Carrer Formentor, a few steps from the square and the market. The facade follows the proportions, colours and shutters of the neighbouring buildings, with glazed bays on the corner and a stone plinth.
Inside, parquet floors and bespoke joinery: present-day comfort rooted in the way the village has always built.
