A three-storey house at Carrer Formentor 58, in the centre of Pollença, built for a local couple.
A white facade with wooden shutters and a garage on the street, like its neighbours. Inside, a folded steel-plate stair that flies between the floors with no support but the wall. Three bedrooms, a bright living room and a garage.
A private commission, made to stay in: tradition outside, contemporary construction within.
