A detached house with pool in Colònia de Sant Pere, on the bay of Alcúdia.
Two storeys with a long terrace above, a dark lower body and a street boundary of white masonry and timber that gives privacy without closing off. Garden and pool at the back.
AM Studio ran the site supervision and the health and safety coordination throughout the works.
