A public office building in Palma: a double skin of screen-printed glass, curved metal-clad bodies and street-level access.
Headquarters of the Provincial Traffic Authority in Palma. An office building with a double skin of screen-printed glass that filters the sun and unifies the volumes, curved metal-clad towers on the corners and a continuous metal fence on the plinth.
This project belongs to Xisco Malondra’s previous professional experience. His role focused on construction project management: procurement, programme and control of cost and time for a public office building.
