A detached house of white and blue volumes, with garden and pool, in Alcúdia.
Two clean volumes on a flat garden: the two-storey white body and the blue one that cuts through it and caps the roof. Large openings to the garden and pool, small ones to the street; louvres on the windows most exposed to the sun.
AM Studio ran the site supervision and the health and safety coordination: control of the works on site, valuations and safety, from setting out to handover.
