A full renovation of a seafront apartment in Port d'Alcúdia, stripped back to the structure and handed over in four months.
The apartment was taken back completely —partitions, services, floors and joinery— and reorganised around the light and the view across the bay. The new layout opens the kitchen and living room towards the terrace, with pale finishes, stone and timber joinery.
AM Studio managed the renovation from February to May 2026: trade procurement, programme, coordination and site follow-up through to handover.
