A contemporary two-storey home with pool in Santa Ponça, currently under construction.
Exposed concrete, stone, timber and large sliding openings connect the interiors with the covered terrace, the garden and the pool. The architectural design is by the appointed design practice; AM Studio protects that design through technical, commercial and programme control during delivery.
AM Studio acts as project manager for the owner: procurement strategy, tender comparison, programme, valuation review and control of cost and time.
